Code Issues Pull Requests Releases Wiki Activity

Remove 32-bit appveyor targets. Only build nightly on MSVC. 

As appveyor only does one job at a time, this should help to keep
appveyor builds under 5 minutes... Otherwise we're looking at 15+ min
build times.
